Zumba Fresh is operated by a professional qualified Zumba instructor, Ms Freshers who started street dancing at the age of 14, establishing a dance group and classes at the early age of 16. Ms Freshers became a professional dancer and choreographer stemming over 12 years.

 

Throughout the years, Ms Freshers also gained valuable experience as a Dance Instructor within health and fitness facilities and primary schools; designing dance classes to match learning levels of participants. 

Ms Freshers established Zumba Fresh in May 2018, and provides energetic, fun classes to suit all levels of fitness.
